Awesomeness at its best. Service and customer service A+.
Enjoyed our stay. The Naples Grande is beautiful, rooms are spacious and very clean. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The only thing I would say, as another review stated, was the air conditioner did not cool the room down. It makes sleeping a little uncomfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.
