We had food and drink at the bar and Curtis was awesome! He kept a drinks coming and the food was amazing! We loved our time at the resort. My first vacation ever and the best experience! Curtis made it a great one and all the staff did a good job of making us feel welcome. Love Naples Grand!

This is my favorite hotel in Naples. Have stayed 5x. Best value in area~ 1/2 the price of Ritz on the Beach. If you go in expecting a special place with a beautiful property, modest size hotel, nice spa, great pools, impressive service, food, drinks, wonderful beachfront, rooms nicely appointed with the biggest balconies around, then you'll love it like we do! I also like the rooms better than the Ritz, have stayed at both...Phenomenal for girls trips!!!:)
