Beth Pitts, the concierge, and Anthonia Smith, the director of the front office, went above and beyond to make my mom's wedding day go perfectly! They entertained my last-minute requests (including the last-minute ordering and delivering of a surprise gorgeous floral arrangement) incredibly smoothly. The whole day went off without a hitch. Thank you to the team at the Naples Grande for providing us with truly 5-star service!
