The Grande was great! Beth from concierge was a huge help as was Cassandra from the front desk! I was also really impressed with the beach service from Alex the beach attendant! Not only did he do his job great but he was always so invested in my wife and l and we had some great conversations! Very smart kid! The Grande is back and getting better and better l highly recommend! -Dr. Ivy
