We had a great time in our visit. Food was great, pool and beach were great. Would go again!

Terrible customer service. Not kid friendly. Go to Marco Island Marriott. Pool service it terrible.

The service terrible in all the places. They are not polite, every things are very expensive. Any of the worker can say "good morning " , " welcome to the hotel ". I don't recommend this place to anyone .

We have been to Naples Grande a few times now. We enjoy the the whole experience. The rooms are very comfortable and clean & everyone is always very friendly. I have to admit, I feel like it is a bit over priced & the "hidden fees" are a bit ridiculous.... but the pool area is awesome... the outside bar, beach trolley is great....but the real reason we keep coming back is because of Sara Tracy!!!
