Iliana and Vivi at the bar were great! Loved my chocolate martini! Also, the welcome upon arrival at the front desk and the bellman was awesome! Very accommodating!
Delicious dinner and lunch; the best part was the service we got from Samantha , she was a great server.
My experience at the Naples Grande was extraordinary. The staff was very kind. There was a security officer, Juan Ortiz, who was very helpful when I needed assistance unlocking my room. He was very polite, and helpful with recommendations. Overall, from beginning to end it was an amazing stay and the hotel is beautiful. I will most definitely return.
Beautiful hotel, large rooms w/ great views. Loved the beach, pool, food and bar. Great service especially from Jean and Kristo.

Had a great time with Sean, Dawn, Vivi, and illiana! Chad down at the pool is hilarious! Ask him to do his impression of Jeff Goldblum, you wont be disappointed!!!
Had blast ate all the fruit from my sangria too. Sean and Iliana were fun. Chad at the pool jeff goldblum impression is spot on!!!!
