I WISH THERE WAS A 0 STAR RATING... what a horrible experience. If it wasn't for a great hair dresser at the salon we would never be back. Valet was the best service in the place. What an over priced, under serviced place. If you are considering this place, go to the Holiday Inn as you will have a better experience. Their service absolutely sucks! Close this place and sell it again! I know understand why it doesn't stay open more than a few years. They RUINED OUR WEDDING WEEKEND.
Disappointed. Since we have been here, the fire alarm has gone off twice, water line broke flooding elevator shaft, so most of the elevators are not working and we are on the 15th floor. No ones fault just bad timing. Great location. Wonderful view from our balcony. Minor issues in room need attending. Beds are extra firm, I would like something softer.

We had a great staycation at the Naples Grande. Gorgeous setting with all the amenities you could ask for. Exceptional staff and always something to do. Highly recommend.
Great Hotel, lovely views, rooms, beach and pool area. The staff were great also, Jason who served us at Breakfast this morning was brilliant, and Adrian who worked in the Catch of the Pelican last night made my wife Gemma's Birthday a very special one, thank you so much for an amazing stay, all be it a short one, we will deffinately be back some time!! Girls weekend was great! Definitely overpriced when it came to dinner but the food was great. Extra fees everywhere but our room rate was very decent so it didn't bother us too much. I loved the tram ride to the beach. Unfortunately the hotel needs some attention. Loose handle on toilet. Elevator decor shabby. Staff was excellent!!! Overall nice place but not 5 star.
Sean and Tera were great! The drinks were amazing!
