I booked a weekend getaway for my husband and myself for our first year wedding anniversary. From the time we stepped in we were greeted with excellent service. However, we were given a double bed room. My husband is a big man being he's 6'4 and does not fit in a double bed. Jean Moise, the front desk manager was able to give us a king room on a sold out weekend after we were told by the staff we couldn't be helped. Jean went out of his way to make this happen for us. I loved here, I spent my birthday with my sisters Jean and Richard were great.... going the extra mile to make sure we are happy
The service was excellent. Leo Vargas did a great job at accommodating our party of 30. Dherman and Jason were kind and professional. Carlos Clayton the waiter at the cabana was also great and the kids have enjoyed their stay. We will be returning.
Sean, Irban and Dana are great bartenders. Great bar, great drinks, great service.
