I recently had the opportunity to attend a gathering at Naples Grande and it was wonderful! Attentive staff, beautiful location, and I was able to speak with Jessica who is the event planner and she is fantastic! She caters to her customers needs and wishes, and is so creative. Would be a great spot for weddings or business or charity events.

The customer service was great. The workers at the front desks were so nice and helpful, especially Jean Mose and Zoey.
I have no fear, Curtis is here. Actually he was grandly helpful for dinner. Ask for him .
Samantha at The Catch of the Pelican restaurant was so incredibly friendly and had great recommendations, we loved her as our server and completely think she should receive a raise for her wonderful service. Thank you so very much Samantha!!!
Fantastic chilled luxury! Rooms immaculate, pool staff friendly and beach is paradise. Special mention to Garfield down at the pool bar, friendly and really good service.
Having a great time at Naples Grande... Here for work but the bar and great bar tenders (Iliana and Viviana) make the struggle manageable!!
Enjoying my visit. Service from Sara and Tera has been great.
