We were there and unfortunatly we forgot a special sweater in the room 417. It was a present which makes it special. We wrote several emails, called lost and found, called business services. We asked if they could send the sweater on our cost. They never reacted! I would have expected more service. So if i could rate it with "0" stars i would.
Dirty rooms , cheap beding (don't know what happend to this place they used to have nice rooms and bedding) . Over priced with all the extra fees. The service was terrible probably the most unacomidating place ever ..... we will not be staying here again .
The perfect ending to a much needed get away with a friend. Room was comfy, ample space, view amazing and the balcony was my zen place. Oh, and the beach...amazing.

We had a great stay at Naples Grande Feb 8-9 The dinner that we had outside was excellent and a special shout -out to John that served the 12 of us a four course dinner -just a great evening!! Thank you!!
