I recently found out that Naples Grande offers a picnic basket to guests, and LOCALS, filled with delectable goodies to enjoy while watching the sunset. We live in swfl so I was excited that we could also take advantage of the resorts cute little service. I called to place my order 24 hours in advance and was able to pick different items that I preferred in my basket. My first time at Naples Grande. We went to the inside bar near the pool for early appetizers and food. The server, Irvin, was super, attentive, and friendly. No long wait for our food or drinks. Will definitely go there again.
Best place my husband and I have been coming to this hotel for over 24 years we love it! Patrick at the front desk is awesome! He remembered us from over 2 month ago! Rooms are always clean and staff friendly! Been coming to this hotel for over 24 years!!!!
