We called Naples Gas Solutions to repair the fire pit in our lanai. Spoke to Marti on several occasions and she was very helpful and pleasant and arranged for the owner of the company to make a service call at our home in Naples. Communication about the service call was outstanding with returned emails and phone calls promptly. Service visit was brief, efficient and very reasonable fee to repair the issue. Experienced and professional Fixed our rather complicated gas pits on the first try.
I dealt with Marti, Ariana, and the owner Austin at Naples Gas Solutions. From start to finish they were professional and easy to deal with for the installation of my underground propane tank and gas lines to my generator and pool heater. Good communication and they even came back and made some adjustments when the pool heater didn’t work. This is a stand up company that cares about their customers.
