We came to Naples 15 for a nice meal and thanks to chef and owner Salvatore Di Scala we had an experience! We loved his passion, kindness, charm, food, and personnel touch. Chef Salvatore put together a dining ensemble starting with his incredible in house made burrata in a velvety gravy, followed by a Gateaux in a smooth and creamy sauce. RecommendedAfter a laborious day, my friends and I stumbled across Naples 15. Coming as strangers; to our surprise we were warmly welcomed into the vivacious atmosphere by the staff and chef Salvatore Di Scala. The authentic dishes exploded with flavor, reminding me of the dishes my mother made when I was child (especially the margarita pizzas). Truly, memories were made here. A sincere thank you to Salvatore and the staff for making this evening unforgettable.
What an amazing night tonight at Naples 15, the place was super packed, the chef Salvatore Di Scala was alone in the kitchen because of missing staff. The food was even better because it was from the chef himself, truly authentic and unbelievable flavors. Best dinning experience I’ve had. Thank you chef Salvatore Di Scala for another amazing night!
What an amazing night the best lobster Salvatore I have ever had in my life . The chef was amazing he was alone and served 200 people . Plus he came and talked to us . I now know why this is one of the top restaurant in the US. Tony Bennett was right it was worth the trip from NYC! Unreal perfect in every way, the staff was fantastic wow.

Tony Bennett and I love this place. They have the best Italian food I’ve ever experienced in the entire U.S. you have to come here folks. Food like my grandma used to make. Experience Naples Italy here in Madison, Wisconsin.
