For all the lovers of Italian/Napolitan cuisine, this is a rare chance to experience the food made by two master chefs, great Gartano Fazio, and of course the amazing Salvatore DiScala... I’ve tried it tonight myself, since tomorrow will be a limited number of guests... It is amazing how fast I’ve learned to make the most delicious pizza (taught by the best chefs ever), and the best part I got to eat as much as I could handle...- it was a win-win experience...! Everyone should try such experience!
The Stilema Mastrobersrdino wine with Sal’s Congolese and sea bass in salt was the perfect meal. It now will be hard to decide between the fish and the octopus. But tonight’s meal was most memorable. He also had the Bourbon aristocratic Cerrino do Bucatini aka Timballo Flammand, which we’ll try next time.
We celebrated our 2 Year wedding anniversary here tonight. We came here to try the Neapolitan cuisine of the monzu. We had the most amazing experience! Now we know what real Neapolitan cuisine is! We will definitely be coming again soon to try other dishes. And celebrate our next anniversary!
