These guys are great. Purchased bike for my wife . She liked it so much I went and bought a new bike for me.
I am a seasonal resident of Naples. This year, I brought my road bike from my northern home and In order to transport it, I had to remove the tires. I brought it to Naples Cyclery to ask them put it back together. Much to my delight, they did it promptly and didn't charge me! . Naples Cyclery has given nothing but great service. From the first time I walked in, being completely new at cycling, up to purchasing my 4th bike from them they have always given me outstanding service. The very knowledgeable and friendly staff make it very difficult to even consider using another bike shop. They treat you like a friend every time you walk in and not just another customer! 5 stars all the way.
If you ride or are thinking of riding you will not find a better bike shop. The people there are super friendly and want to help you find the right ride. I highly recommend the bike fitting service to help you ride further and more comfortable. They are a big reason I am riding over 100 miles a week.
When, NOT, if I move to Naples...This is my bike shop ! Unbelievable set of bikes & accessories, and awesome staff !!
We're from Colorado and visit the Naples area annually. We love Naples Cyclery assortment of quality road bikes for rent. We're so obsessed with cycling that we pass up other Florida destinations just because we don't know of another shop like NC! See you in December.

Have been to several bike shops ready to buy a tri-bike for myself and did not find the right fit, was getting discouraged. As soon as I went into your store and met Tyler, he was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. He answered all my questions and was very nice about it and not pushy at all.
