RecommendedWe bought a bike about a year ago and recently put a baby seat on the bike. The chain kept popping off the bike so we brought it in to the store. Walking in we were greeted right away. The gentleman fixed the bike and tightened the baby seat (apparently it was very loose). They did all of this for FREE and within 15 minutes. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

We’ve been to the shop many times but now we know more about what you do. I have a Cervelo bicycle and went to the local dealer for a bike fitting. A gentleman named Jamie (no longer there) did my fitting and sold me an SMP saddle which I bought under the condition I could return it for in store credit because they had no test saddle. I returned the saddle within a week. Fast forward, I have had to have my bike refit (at Trek) since the fit by Jamie at Naples Cyclery was never comfortable, and I now need a new saddle.
