This is THE best bike store in Naples. The people are very friendly and always willing to help with any question. The service department is top notch and gets the job done right the first time. While you’re waiting for service step into Fit n Fuel for an excellent cup of coffee or espresso. There are some retailers who understand that, by offering great service, you’ll be back. Naples Cyclery is one of them.
Shop that disrespect employs of course don't want to recomend.

My dad is currently riding his bike from Punta Gorda to Key West and was having trouble with his Garmin device. He stopped into Naples Cyclery and the young man, he did not get his name, spent close to an hour with him getting the device to track my dads travels as it had t been up to this point. My dad was very pleased with this young man and asked that I say a few kind words about the service received at Naples Cyclery!
Greatest crowd you could ask to know. They treated me like close family from the very first time I went in.

Just stopped in to pick up our bikes that we love so much. It’s too bad that the customer service isn’t as good as the bikes are. They said they did a tune up on the bikes but gave us no information on what they did. Apparently when you get this free 1st year service checkup you also get no paperwork. The gentleman that we dropped the bikes off to (Carlos)was awesome but the guy who checked us out and gave us our bikes this afternoon was definitely having a bad day or something.
