Dr. Pope took a lot of time explaining the crown he put in my mouth. He and his staff always make me feel very comfortable during every visit. My children and husband really like everyone because they all take the time to explain things and talk to you. The dentist office staff is very positive and upbeat, which leads me to believe they all like working there.

Always greeted by a friendly staff. All questions are answered in a way that I am able to understand. Staff explain what is going to be done before the procedure starts.Inviting, knowledgeable staff make my dental visits less stressful...I am a wimp!
Before a procedure was made the office assistant checked with my insurance about the coverage, so I knew what will be covered and what I will pay before the procedure was done. It happened right before the procedure, but she made the effort to complete it. The service itself - measuring for mount guard and filling was great.
Very professional, yet great friendly service. I appreciated the reminder texts or calls. Every staff I dealt with always remembered my 'pre-med needs" and was very efficient in asking that I had before each appointment. Mary was a pleasure to work with on scheduling and went above and beyond by being able to communicate with me after hours via text.

My family switched to Pope Family Dental over a year ago and have been very pleasantly surprised with the quality of professionals in the practice, and extremely happy with the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this practice!
The whole office is full of an amazing staff! Dr.Pope is super sweet, caring, and extremely professional. I didn't even have to wait very long they are very prepared and on time and I barely felt the procedure. He is amazingly skilled. I will recommend him to EVERYONE I know. I have never been excited to go back to the dentist but I can't wait to go back. He is giving me a beautiful smile and healthy teeth! I am so blessed to have him as my dentist. Thank you to everyone there.
