Pleased with the service, but I wish the office had extended hours either in the evening or weekends. The only way I can schedule an appointment is by taking a day off work. I also wish that I would have the same hygienist every time. I don't like having a substitute when I get my teeth cleaned. I have only had a practice employee once when I had my teeth cleaned. The other times have been a substitute who couldn't find what she needed, and who I didn't feel was accountable for her work. I like seeing the same dentist every ... read more

Hello, and thanks for your feedback. We have been going through growing pains with the need for more hygiene hours. During that process, we did have a period of temporary hygiene help. We now have 3 permanent hygienists, and we foresee very little chance for temporary hygienists, unless one is out due to illness. If you have a hygienist that you would like to see, you are welcome to ask for that hygienist every time.
