Dr. Pope and his staff are caring, professional and efficient. I recently had a crown placed on a tooth. Knowing my anxiety, Dr. Pope was kind and patient, and his assistant was attentive. They even provided a blanket to keep me warm and comfortable. Additionally, Dr. Pope uses the latest technology such as digital milling of crowns in the office, which saves time and is so much more convenient for his patients. Even though I am truly anxious about going to the dentist, even if only for a cleaning, Dr. Pope, Catherine, and the staff are always so kind and understanding. Catherine is a wonderful hygienist and always patient with me! See you in 6 months!
Every single staff member made eye contact, greeted me good morning, introduced themselves, and shook my hand. Visit was efficient and they explained each step. Each time I move I find it difficult to find a dentist that doesn't force additional services on me. The Pope team seems to be a good fit.
Excellent! This was my first experience with an "all in one visit" crown replacement, thanks to some really amazing new technology in Dr. Pope's office. It made the process MUCH more convenient and expedient for me; and It appeared that it was much more efficient for the doctor as well.The friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff was not new; it continued to be as impressive and nelpful as it always has been....consistently excellent!
