Yesterday was the best experience I have had with dental work and all of the supporting staff. As a dental patient that is incredibly nervous and tends to be tearful for many, many years, I believe yesterday was the day it is now a thing of the past. I had a new crown replaced where the existing crown was well over 20 years old. There is not one moment where I felt nervous with what was going on. Professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating.
Dr. Pope and staff are engaging and informative, which makes the appointment a positive experience. I've had major work done and Dr. Pope explains procedures as he performs them, and keeps the experience positive and encouraging.
The staff was so friendly and helpful with scheduling my appointment. The hygienist was also friendly and personable. It feels like they really want to get to know you. Dr. Pope took time explaining things to me and offered different choices with an issue I have. They also took time for me to get my husband set up and scheduled. I always love going to the dentist here. It is a caring family environment.
Dr Pope and his entire team are absolutely wonderful! I can not say enough positive things about every experience I have there. I have a severe fear of any dental work. I have now had 2 crowns done by Dr Pope. Not only does he make me feel comfortable and at ease, the work is flawless. He works hard to ensure that his work is nothing less than perfection. I'd recommend Pope Family Dental to anyone and everyone!
This was my third visit to Pope Family Dental and I have found the entire staff to be both friendly and caring. It is truly a family dental office.
Dr Pope is a perfectionist, exactly what you want in a dentist. He seems to put a great deal of effort into selecting how to execute a restoration.
