I searched for contractors 3 weeks and I found Naperville Roofing And Construction. For me it was important to have the right company for my almost 800 sq foot deck ( with lights and steps all the way around )I wanted it to be right. In addition to the large deck they installed my 10x13 pergola. OMG they did such an amazing job. From start to finish they kept us informed, no short cuts, worked very clean and was very consistent. We loved the service and the final result. Every person I worked with were very polite, informative and responsive. It made the process very easy.
While the installers did a good job, I had to play the role of project manager since the original PM changed, then changed again to another person who was thrown into a situation with little training and was scrambling between jobs. I had to remind the workers what needed to be done per my contract while the PM wasn't present. The final PM wasn't even given the proper paperwork regarding what was agreed upon via the contract (not his fault).
