Be aware of the work that may have been done on the vehicle you’re considering from NAH. In my experience, work was performed by Sterling Automotive Repair on the vehicle I purchased. NAH used them to make repairs on vehicle before selling it. Unfortunately, after buying the car (2008 BMW X3) and driving a block the check engine light came on. awful service. did not provide spare key to my vehicle. when brought in for their warranty, they had the porter perform the work who not only damaged another component but used my personal components to perform the work. had to end up fixing it myself, when asked for an reimbursement, was bounced back and forth between a bunch of people and never ended up getting my money back for their mess. One of the worst buying experiences I've ever had, save your money and buy elsewhere.
What a great place, I will recommend Naperville Auto Haus to any and everyone in the market for a car. Everyone I dealt with was just genuinely nice, caring, and informative. I will be back with another review, as I have never dealt with such professional and all in all good people. Thanks again!!
