I am having a horrible experience with Naperbrook Dentistry so far. After I had filling done on two of my upper right teeth it I experienced pain and sensitivity just few hours later.I waited for a day and then complained but they never followed up with a response then after a second reminder they called me in for a check up. This time the Doc (Dr Chunprapaph)began by taking an xray and said there is a gap in my filling which is causing the sensitivity and pain. They removed the old filling and did a new one. Wouldn't take my insurance because I'm not on the list. My insurance said they would cover it because it was an emergency. Incompetent front office staff.
Worst dentist ever Dr O. The two crowns that I received are still hurting after 8 months and my wife's inlay fell out three times. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
As with most poor reviews for this office this review is not about the actual dental work but about billing. A few weeks back I had an appointment for my periodic check up. The visit was good and the Dr. did a thorough job however there was a billing issue that I wanted to provide some feedback on. Fluoride treatment wasn't covered by my insurance so prior to the treatment the team asked me if I wanted to move forward even though insurance will not cover it, I was OK moving forward and appreciated the heads up. Dr. OJ did a wonderful job on the repair of my cracked tooth. He is up to date on the technology and was able to illustrate the before and after using his pen camera and I-Pad. He carefully explained each step of the procedure and insured that I was totally comfortable as he progressed. The procedure was totally painless and quick.
