Dr. Planer and team have provided quality service and always are honest about my treatment plan. Everyone was incredible friendly and welcoming when I first walked in. I was back in the chair right on time of when my appointment was scheduled. I hate getting x-rays done, but the experience was great. Didn't mind getting them done this time! The cleaning went by very fast. Everyone explained things in "normal" language and not Doctor language which was very helpful.
I have been coming to Naper Dental for over 20 years and have been consistently satisfied with the care and service. Staff is warm and treats clients with the care of a family. Doctors are experienced and competent.
I always appreciate how the staff calls all of my family members by name. The hygienists and dentists take extensive attention to detail when they examine my mouth, teeth, gums, tongue, lymph nodes, and even blood pressure. All the staff makes my very young children feel comfortable and empowered to take great care of their teeth. Both of my older children are having tremendous success with their myobrace mouth appliances after only a season of use.
