Great Doctor A doctor you can simply trust for all your dental needs. Caring, considerate, perfectionist and absolutely professional. The work that they do is world class. I have had a root canal here and have been very happy with the results. Recommended to anyone who wants there teeth cleaned

Very Impressed I am new to the area so I did a google search. I found naper dental center and was very impressed with their website. This site was very easy to understand and did not use a bunch of medical terms. I called and made an appointment for a cleaning. The office was clean and the staff was very friendly. Terrible experience, think it over before you go The doctor has changed, everything has changed. On the treatment plan, it stated the operation would be fully covered by insurance but it turned out to be not true. I had to negotiate very hard with my insurance company to get a portion of the cost covered. While I was waiting for the reply from my insurance company, the office threatened me several times by saying they are going to send the bill to collection service. This is the worst experience I ever had with doctors.
Wonderfull experience I needed to find a new dentist and did some research on-line. After reading reviews and looking at there web site I scheduled an appointment. My cleaning was one of the best I had, no pain and the staff took time to explain everything to me. The hygienests did an oral cancer screen (which was a first) and Dr. Planer really took the time to talk to me during my checkup. VERY BAD SERVICE! This office has completely changed. I used to go here for Dr. Chan and Dr. Sun. Now the whole office has changed. There seems to be a high turnover of staff. I used to go in and recognize staff that had been there for years. Dr. Planer rushed through my appointment and seemed very brash. Not sincere. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Keep your choppers healthy Dr. Chan was such a blessing. My wife's teeth are her babies and she treats them with great care and they have always been a source of pride. Dr. Chan is not just a dentist, he is a student of teeth. He is a little perfectionistic, but do you really want anything less in a dentist, or any doctor for that matter?
