Best Motorcycle Shop in Austin!!!! I've taken my bike here many times and they have fixed it perfectly every time. The owner is honest and has a sense of humor. I'm looking to purchase a motorcycle (Hopefully a Victory) in the near future and this is the place where I will purchase one (The sales guys are very friendly and helpful). The only issue I had was lack of signage (I passed by it the first time); They should put a motorcycle (or something eye catching) on the top of their sign.

This is what a motorcycle shop should be. I'm always in there for parts or maintenance goods. I can name everybody who works there, I never get any attitude and best of all, even when I go in with an obscure question or small part request that I'm sure will have to be ordered from Italy and take 2 years to get hold of they're always able to immediately identify it and usually pull it from the back. Definitely the best motorcycle parts shop I've been to or seen in Austin. I've been a customer for over a year now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends if they were in need of clothing, parts, or tires for their rides.
I bought two bikes from Napalm. they always treat me well and fairly. you'd think you'd get the cliche'd "bike shop" attitude prevalent at other places, but these guys are genuinely nice and knowledgeable.
Napalm is a company that deserves your business. They do everything they can to meet your needs and get it done. They find you the best prices around and their staff are experts. What more can you ask for? I got a helmet through them and was pleased with my order. Give them a call and say that Tom M referred you! They'll appreciate the business.
The kind of motorcycle shop I wish I owned. I mean, what's not to like. The place is full of exotic machinery, Victory, Husqvarna, Royal Enfield, plus some other random cool bikes. It's a small shop, but has that great neighborhood feel to it; the kind of place you could hang out and just talk about bikes all day. Great staff that have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It's the real deal. They will continue to get far too much of my money in the future
Need to get your bike serviced? Then find someone else. While they may sound and seem sincere about getting the job done, they just are not capable. It doesn't matter how early you bring in your bike, or how many different people guaranty that the work will be done in the same day, "no problem" to quote them. Well it is a problem.
