Our Service Shop is a Full Line Service Department providing complete service to all makes and models, as well as performing High Performance and Customization Work, Routine Maintenance, State Inspections & Tires (New & Used) We also carry a full line of riding accessories and apparel, from helmets to jackets, gloves, shades, shirts & chaps.

Took my wife's 2002 Honda Shadow Spirit in for work in August. It had set up for months and the carbs were gummed up. Excellent work! The work was done quickly, accurately and within my budget. Ask for Chris, He took care of me and made sure my experience at Napalm was top notch.
These guys are amazing! I had a chain that almost came off my bike and started swinging sideways. The guys got on it right away since it wasn't safe to continue to ride. They also found (and showed me) how the sprockets were all eaten up. They took care of those quick fixes because they are enthusiasts and care about their customers and their customer's bikes. I didn't even buy the bike there! Their customer service is the best!!!
These guys are awesome. I came in on during the ROT rally weekend to get new tires, inspection and oil change and everyone was really nice. Daniel the salesman took a lot of time to talk to me about the new and used bikes while I was waiting. Mike the parts guy spent a lot of time over several days getting the right tires ordered. Dan the mechanic was really detailed and took the time with my complicated bike to get everything right. Barry the manager took time to make sure everything was done right and Blair helped out too.
Daniel was a great sells associate, very informative and helpful. Nice people that work there and willing to help you out. Excellent service and great prices. Able to get my new bike ready within day of purchase.
Napalm blew me away with some excellent deals. Barry and Daniel helped me out with getting the perfect fit on a new pair of boots and a new helmet today. Amazing customer service couldn't be more pleased with them.Great shop, 5 stars easy and will be going back soon!
Ive been dealing with Napalm over 8 years, they are sincere and honest, nobody beats their tire pricing, as a matter of fact, they will usually match any price on anything out there, above all, they always made me feel like family, and thats huge for me, they always have coffee or offer a soda, if you have any questions, they will have or find the answers you need, they are the only motorcycle shop i wil get my two bikes worked on, thnx Napalm
Purchased a new Victory Gunner from them and am very pleased with overall experience. My first contact with Napalm was a salesman named Daniel. He took time to answer all questions. I purchased this Motorcycle sight unseen from 240 miles away, I could of dealt closer to home but the way these two talked with me and kept me informed was great. I had the best experience purchasing my bike from NAPALM!!! Titus, Daniel and Corey are the best!!! I bought Titus's personal bike.... 07 Arlen Ness Vegas Jackpot. Fully decked out and ONE OF A KIND!!! You will not see another bike like mine on the road.... unless Titus decides to build another one, to which, I'll have to purchase from him to make sure that I am representing him!!! I don't really know what to say about this place except I do wish I could give them 0 stars. This is where I found the bike I wanted, went in to buy the bike, 8 days later I am able to leave with it, FINALLY! Only to have to return again to sign a SECOND version of the title. Not too big of a deal, but, annoying nevertheless. Especially after taking off work BOTH TIMES and driving 30 miles across Austin to sign something I was told had been taken care of.
