My 4.5-year-old son, who has autism, recently completed a 3-week intensive OT program at NAPA Center with Alison Kielty, and she is truly amazing. We've worked with many occupational therapists since my son was 2, and Alison is by far the best! She's professional, compassionate, and really understands how to connect with kids with special needs. Every session is thoughtful and goal-oriented. Our experience at the Napa Center was absolutely wonderful, for both our daughter and our entire family. Our daughter has Cerebral Palsy, and the center-based program helped her tremendously with her social skills, comprehension, and ability to follow directions. The on-site PT and OT, along with the skilled teachers and staff, eased any concerns we had about her learning to use the parts of her body affected by CP in ways that could be harmful to her growth. My child attended NAPA’s Center Based Program from Oct 2025–Feb 2026. My comments apply only to this program, which seems to operate separately from other NAPA programs with great reviews. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this program for toddlers with more than mild developmental delays, especially children diagnosed with or suspected of autism. While the 1:2 ratio was appealing, the program did not seem—based on our interactions—to be consistently equipped or confident in supporting more complex needs. The ... read more
My child gets closer to being able bodied than ever before! She gets treatment here that she does not get from anywhere else. I will continue to travel to bring her to any available Napa center to get her the help she needs for as long as I can.
We love going to Napa! What a fantastic experience . My daughter Julie is absolutely thrilled to work with her team. Our team is very knowledgeable, dedicated and caring. Front office ladies are great and Cece is very knowledgeable. Thank you everyone ❤️ Lili and Julie ❤️
