it's an excellent automotive store.very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. theres a man that works there,named Lorenzo Santos. he's a super nice person,and very knowledgeable. you won't regret going there
Excellent customer service at both the Pasco then Kennewick locations. A great experience at both stores today. They went out of their way to get me a battery that worked for our old vehicle.
This is an “old school” auto parts store that caters not only to passenger cars, but also farm equipment. A “field serviceable” hydraulic hose that defied reassembly by me, was child’s play for hydraulic hose expert, Raelin who quickly fixed it and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE! Thank you for saving me a truckload of grief!!!
