Great place for quick auto parts. Friendly folks. Mr chuck is great. Max can also help you. Affodable parts and they are very knowledgeable if tou have any queations or concerns.
Management at this napa is nonexistent. As I waited for my refund on an in stock item that was given a tracking number and after a two week wait is suddenly on backorder, I simply ordered the same product from inside their sad little store from the Home Depot and it will be delivered in 3 days. Plus, I saved $200 bucks and got a free impact driver. Thanks Nappy Don't Know How.
I've been going here for a year now and have always been treated with over and beyond customer service. Today when calling to get a part by cross reference I was accompanied/assisted by a gentleman named Nate. I was told that they do not deal with the manufacturer that I was inquiring about pertaining to the part I was seeking.
