Management at this napa is nonexistent. As I waited for my refund on an in stock item that was given a tracking number and after a two week wait is suddenly on backorder, I simply ordered the same product from inside their sad little store from the Home Depot and it will be delivered in 3 days. Plus, I saved $200 bucks and got a free impact driver. Thanks Nappy Don't Know How.
I've been going here for a year now and have always been treated with over and beyond customer service. Today when calling to get a part by cross reference I was accompanied/assisted by a gentleman named Nate. I was told that they do not deal with the manufacturer that I was inquiring about pertaining to the part I was seeking. I then asked if Landon was there and he said no, so I asked if Max was there and he said no.
