Excellent experience. Ordered battery and charger online overnight. First thing next morning, received text stating it was ready to pick up. Went to store. No hassles. Easy pick up. Mike was ready to go with my battery. I brought the core in. No issues with the core refund. Mike was helpful knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful.
