Very helpful staff, and my part was in stock, so I didn't have to wait or go pick it up at another Napa
Honestly wish I knew how great the employees at Napa were when I first bought my car. I use to just go to different auto part stores but lately I’ve been going to only Napa because the employees are just so much more helpful and friendly. Like today I had Jose helping me and I couldn’t have been more happy. He was so kind and went above and beyond by going outside to look at my rotors to make sure I got the correct ones and then even helped me carry everything to my car. The boss (Bald guy) is very irresponsible and disorganized...as someone who previously worked there, he always seemed have an attitude as well and just always seemed to have a bad day. As for the workers there are a few whom were very lazy like and overall had bad attitudes. The store is in need of a new boss. I never got the proper training that was needed and nor did I EVER recieved my uniforms upon request all I ever got was and endless amount of excuses, which I was later fired because he said (I was under trained.) Rude and not helpful at all. I left and went to Autozone. MUCH better!
This morning Sunday 11/16/2024. The guy on the counter ( the bold guy) needs more training on customer service. Also smile or find a different career maybe if you’re not happy with this one
