Waited an hour for a part to be sent to this store when It showed it was in stock. The transmission fluid I received was opened and missing 1/4 of the fluid! Also brought in a hose that I needed replaced and was given the wrong size. Oh and don't try calling them because you will wait 20 min on hold. Do yourself a favor and go to the Napa on 19th ave instead they actually know what they are doing.
Jen and the entire staff at this Napa Auto will go out of their way to find you the part that you need. They are all very professional and personable.
