The staff is so awesome here. I accidentally put the wheel of a child's trike on backwards and didn't realize it until I had set the acorn nut. Acorn nuts don't come off. But at Napa, they helped me remove the nut, straighten it, and then put it back on for me. And they didn't charge me a dime, even though they opened at least one bag of parts to check the size. Thank you so much!
