I broke down in Ellensburg 3 hours from home in my flatbed tow truck and I nursed it to Main Street and went into Napa and the people in there were so helpful the gentleman at the counter called his wife and had her bring a drill down so that he could personally drill out and enlarge the hole in my alternator so that I could bolted onto my engine because I had a GM conversion on a Ford diesel. Absolutely amazing friendly excellent service going above and beyond and I would recommend these guys to anybody any time. thanks guy... read more

I went in here with my Fiancé to return a brand new starter he just bought and that the nosecone broke on. We live up near salmon Lasac so the Jolly fire has us on a evacuation notice. So we came in to get it warranteed and we were told no they don't do warrantees at this store? ... we could possibly be loosing our house and we just need to get the vehicle running to start getting belongings out...no sense of customer service or decency.
Super helpful. Clogged Fuel Filter going over the pass with a loaded horse trailer. Got us the part and then the crew helped out when part wasn't fitting. Changed out and back on the road to Moses Lake. Thank you!!!
They went above and beyond customer service and helped me out big time by finding someone to help with a brake line issue when all shops were closed on a Sunday. Highly recommended!
