I went to NAPA because we needed two new batteries. We first went to the Lenoir City location, where the employee was extremely kind and helpful. He looked up our batteries and confirmed they were still under warranty, meaning we should be able to get two replacement batteries at no cost. Since the Lenoir City location only had one of the batteries we needed, he directed us to the Farragut location.
