Eddie is awesome here, even on his off days or off hours, the team here still gets me the right parts for my Toyota.
Zero stars if possible. Was doing tree work in Knoxville close to the Kingston pike area. The battery on our chipper went down and we paused the entire operation to swap it out. Napa battery Napa warranty Napa date code showed still in date. Long haired young guy at the counter wouldn’t stop eating pizza and playing on his phone to do anything other than tell me he could sell us a new battery and REFUSED to warranty it REFUSED to call the other Knoxville store to verify the purchase. Needed a battery and seemed to know better about my car than the dealer had told me. Was very helpful with tools to replace the battery in the parking lot. I usually go here for anything automotive. AAA and military discounts.
