Ordered parts from napa.com. 1 of the lower control arms sent to me was wrong. Drew went above and beyond to make sure I got the part I paid for without the hassle of dealing with napa.com. He was polite, even though I was upset and probably not very polite. It's guys like Drew that will keep me shopping with napa. Give that man a raise!
