I needed a spare (donut) tire fast. They had one to my office within 2 hours! It was fantastic! Can’t thank you all enough!

I came in with a lot of questions regarding a check engine light on my car. Leo answered all my questions and offered some great advice for dealing with misfires. With a few parts recommended by him my car is back to running like new! NAPA needs more people like Leo.
Policy on returns for open/unused parts can be strict here. We had a positive experience today where they granted us credit toward a replacement part, but keep in mind that this may be an exception to their standard rule. Great service today, but buy with caution.
I had my car battery die this morning in -5 weather and Lou was such an amazing help! He made sure they had the battery I needed in stock and pulled it for me along with some socket wrenches. I really appreciated him helping make my morning suck a little less.
