Went in after calling, part was in hand ready to go. I showed up 15 mins before closing and got out in less then 5 mins, great service I will be gladly returning.
I got to 5:50 and they locked the door, the time displayed on Google and the door needed to be changed to 5:50 or earlier... I drove for 20 minutes in traffic for nothing...
I used to love this store. I had been going there for years, however they have a woman working there now who is HORRIBLE at customer service!! I had a terrible experience with her months ago. Today my husband (who is the nicest and most patient person) was given bad customer service by the same woman! So needless to say, we will just go to Autozone from now on. Customer service goes a long way. No one wants to be treated badly while spending their hard owned money
Probably the rudest and worst customer service I’ve gotten.
