I used to love this store. I had been going there for years, however they have a woman working there now who is HORRIBLE at customer service!! I had a terrible experience with her months ago. Today my husband (who is the nicest and most patient person) was given bad customer service by the same woman! So needless to say, we will just go to Autozone from now on. Customer service goes a long way. No one wants to be treated badly while spending their hard owned money

Husband went in told them what he needed, they had it. He was in and out. Stupendous, I did not go in, but the stress I had that day none of it was related to NAPA, SO THANK YOU!!!! For unknowingly bringing a smile to my face. Service had to of been smooth, since my Brazilian husband hadn't came out to get me in order to relay what part he needed. Again, thank you.
Worst service I've experienced in a long time. The woman was ignorant and condescending from the moment I walked in the door. I told my boss to cancel the order and never order from that spot ever again
