I only go here because the purchasing department with my employer force me to. Most of their counter people can't locate anything that isn't listed in their system. If it weren't for the other customers I would still need 8 M8X1.25 35mm long bolts, they had no idea that they were hanging in the lobby or where to find them.
After speaking with one of there sales rep about picking up parts that I had ordered. I not only explains but had to keep reminding the kid what kind of car I had. The young guy went back to look for parts 4 times, only to get the parts wrong. To my disadvantage the mechanic has realized the parts were for a truck. Not only were they for a truck but the inner and outer parts didn’t go together. Terrible customer service. They are not helpful and act like you are not there even when you are the only person in the store. Avoid this place if possible.
