Wednesday, October 4th, I purchased a highly recommended #NAPA drill bit for drilling two holes in a steel bed frame. The bit was priced around $10.00 and was endorsed by one of their salespeople. The first hole that I drilled came out fine, although, the bit would not complete the second hole. The following day I returned to #Bullard Hardware , explained the circumstances and asked for a refund or a credit toward a replacement bit.
