They definitely know how to treat people right. There is a reason there is always a line of people.
I came in for a $3 part and no part number. The clerk spent 15 minutes finding the part for me even though he could have easily sent me away to retrieve the part number. This would have been a huge hassle. Thanks B&B
This place is the best. Customer service is way above what you would expect from a small engine shop. Staff is incredibly helpful and patient with dumb questions, which I usually have a lot to ask.
