Robert was so helpful and patient with my ignorant self. He never made me feel dumb for not knowing about the part I needed. The store has a very hometown vibe to it, making it feel very comfortable the minute I walked through the door. I'm absolutely going there again for any auto parts I may need in the future

So I went to B&B Auto parts in Bastrop looking for a battery for my motorcycle. I asked if they carried them and was told by the guy behind the counter they "were over there" When I asked if he could see which one fit he told me "no" then completely ignored me. Great way to run a buisness..
Great customer service. Jay was awesome in answering my questions and ended up buying a new mower as well as dropping old one off for repairs.
