Unbelievable poor customer service this place. Came here to purchase items and waited 20 minutes with two guys on the phone. I will never shop here or my company again.
Always has the parts I need. never a wait. Always friendly and very helpful. If a part needs ordered, it's always next day never a week!
I was told they ordered my parts and that they would be in the next day now they’re saying they never got ordered. I tried to speak to the manager jason and he was very ignorant and answered the phone stating that the parts store was “Pizza Hut”. I would not recommend this parts store to anybody its is a very unprofessional parts store
Guys are very helpful and give you some good advice!
