I had a problem with a battery was sold the correct one according to the system but was handed a different battery size and Jay had no problems correcting the issue overall great customer service from Jay and I will definitely always check with my local Napa before anywhere else for future automotive support.
They didn't have what I needed, which was a certain size fuel lineThey did take the time and effort to try all they had as I had brought a fitting with me.As prices go you get what you pay for.Alot of auto stores have cheap low-end parts or high-end parts.A cheap part will get you by but it will not hold up to heat or wear and tear.I have not had any issues with their staff or parts.ive been buying from them time to time for 42 years.Glad to see them still here.Keep on going...
