I recently had a pickup at this Napa location. As I entered the store, a gust of wind caused the door to slam open, which was entirely beyond my control. Upon approaching an employee named Lopez, I was met with a surprisingly negative attitude. I was there to pick up two heavy batteries and a box of bolts and nuts, and instead of a smile or any assistance, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Mr. Ed was very professional and helpful. I had a part that was shipped to me with a greasy used box and unwrapped part that did not match what I ordered. He was able to get me a refund and advised me about being careful with online purchases. I greatly appreciated his help.
