My part was ready and waiting on the counter. The staff was also very friendly
NAPA came through with a thermostat for my juke that other local shops just don't keep in stock. I'm super pleased..
I stopped into the Eureka NAPA looking for a set screw, fully expecting that a small town in Montana might not have exactly what I needed. The guy at the counter took my part, disappeared for a moment, and came back with the correct set screw on the first try. It honestly made my day. This is my second time at this location, and both visits have been great. I’m really impressed with the service at NAPA in Eureka.
Very friendly unfortunately Napa is understaffed. But they're doing the best they can I wish corporate would let them have more workers
they got watcha need.
