Great service. Called and asked about a part i needed and the store helped me figure out what parts apply and which to get through a series of questions that helped me make a decision about the car make and model without having the information directly on hand. When i got to the store the part was already on the counter and all i needd to do was pay. Super friendly too.
Absolutely the best Napa in West Virginia! We were driving 10 hours from South Carolina to Pennsylvania when we broke down with truck issues. The 2 gentle men that worked there were very friendly to us and assisted us as best as they could. Thankfully they had the part and let us change it out in their parking lot. Thank you so much Napa auto parts crew!

Super friendly staff. $20+ lower price than everyone else. Got brake pads AND wipers for the same price! Plus they put the wipers on for me. Def recommend!!
