I had a big car day today helping my family. Their car was stuck in Bahrain because of the war, and it was my job to pick it up once it got stateside. The staff at this Napa Auto Parts was incredible. They helped me with every issue I had, and I am not a car guy. They were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. It was a really long and strenuous day for me, and they helped put a smile on my face. It’s great to know that there are still stores out there that higher the best people. I was a customer for many years but recently I was looking for a small hose that I was quoted in Gardena and Hawthorne Store for $32.99 but it was only available at Napa LAX location so I went there and they didn't care about the price the other stores gave me so they changed me $57.06. For that reason I began to buy at O'Reilly's were they even will give rewards for purchases. Thanks for reviewing my comment.
Jose was clearly busy but dropped what he was doing to help me get in and out quickly!
SERVICE WITH A SMILE...
Francisco and Hector very good experience thank you very much
