Dr Naoumoff has been our family doctor for almost 8 years. He is extreamly personable and takes his time to let you feel comfortable about talking over your problem(s). He keeps a very accurate history of your conditions which he reviews with you if necessary. He is not hesitant at all about referring you to a specialist as he has done for us a number of times. I have had nothing but good experiences with this office. I have never felt rushed in or out, and when I have an issue I am seen promptly without huge wait times.
I would not recommend this doctor, I would suggest going to an internal med. doctor. This doctor told me that my double vision, hand tremors, facial paralysis, and memory loss, among other symptoms, were caused by "anxiety." Now that I have confirmation from a specialist of brain lesions, I have to say that I found this doctor's lack of knowledge very concerning. Of equal concern was his lack of concern of the seriousness of my situation, and refusal to attempt to help a long term patient.
Dr. Naoumoff is a wonderful doctor who takes the time for you and he does not rush you. I would recommend him to anyone. I also really like his PA Marzi. She is very caring and wants to get to the bottom of the problem just like Dr. Naoumoff. The staff there is great as well. I know it is hard to find a good doctor and staff members that care and this office does.
Staff is rude and leaves you feeling like you should have never come in. It's awful! I wish I could say nicer things but I can not. The doctor is good but if he can't see that his staff is bad then he can't be all that good. Common sense lacks everywhere in that place.
The staff is very rude! I simply went in to srop something off and the front desk girl was disrespectful and I believe she lied to me. As I was walking away one of the girls actually critized my outfit, to me! They obviously don't know how to treat a patient and because of that I will not refer any body to this doctor and it's a shame because Dr. Naumoff is a great doctor but I will not be critized by his staff any longer. Dr. Naumoff's staff is rude and unorganized. When I kindly explained my concerns to the office manager she laughed at me and refused to let me speak to the Doctor or to have him call me. The office staff is a reflection of the practice and are the first line of communication with the patients. Their repeated errors in scheduling and office correspondence creates unnecessary stress for the patient. Dr.Naumoff is very easy to talk to. He takes his time and always listens. He will refer you to a specialist if you ask. He is not all about the drugs like a lot of doctors. He seems to understand that health comes from a healthy lifestyle.
